1. General

“Concepta Ingredients General Trading LTD-Abu Dhabi” maintains the www.arboreto.ae website ("Site").
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. All purchases, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by UAE law.
Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on this website.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.
Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records as well as Arboreto’s policies and rules.

2. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
The price displayed at checkout will be the same as on the transaction receipt.
The amount charged to your card will appear in your card’s currency.
We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC and other sanctioned countries.

3. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, shared, rented, or sold to third parties.
Arboreto will never pass your payment details to any external party.
While we take strong measures to secure your data, Arboreto cannot guarantee complete security of information disclosed online.
www.arboreto.ae is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
Our policies may be updated occasionally. Changes take effect on the day they are published.

5. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver only within the UAE, using trusted courier partners through Locad.
Standard delivery takes 1–2 working days, with the option of same-day or next-day delivery in selected areas (fees may vary).
A flat fee of AED 10 applies to orders below AED 250. Orders of AED 250 and above qualify for free delivery.
Deliveries are confirmed through photo proof provided by our courier partner. In case of disputes, Arboreto will re-verify delivery or offer compensation where applicable.
Please provide your complete address and a valid contact number to avoid delivery delays.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if products are unopened, sealed, unused, or if you received a damaged/incorrect item.
Returns can be initiated easily through your customer dashboard or by contacting support.
Refunds or replacements are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days (up to 45 days depending on the issuing bank).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Arboreto reserves the right to refuse returns if products are used, opened, or tampered with.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (excluding UAE public holidays), provided they have not been processed or shipped.
Cancellations must be requested via our customer support team.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 working days (up to 45 days depending on the bank).
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may instead request a return as per our Return Policy.

8. Pricing & Description

All prices on our website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Prices displayed at checkout will match those on the transaction receipt.
Arboreto reserves the right to update prices and product descriptions at any time.
As per UAE banking regulations, we do not process orders from the following sanctioned countries: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Yemen, and Myanmar.
