Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 pots of plain Greek yogurt, frozen
  • 1 measure of fresh cream, left in the freezer for 1 hour
  • 1 measure of demerara sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of passion fruit oil

Method of preparation:

1. In a blender, beat the oil with sugar, add the rest of the ingredients until it becomes a homogeneous cream.

2. Serve with passion fruit syrup and melted chocolate.
