Tilapia Ceviche with Brazil Nut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 2 tilapia fillets cut into cubes
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 small red onion cut into thin slices
  • 1 seedless pepper, cut into thin slices
  • Juice of 1 Tahiti lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Brazil Nut Oil
  • 3 Brazil nuts, finely chopped
  • ½ cup straw sweet potatoes
  • Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

1. In a container, mix the fish, onion, salt, lemon, cilantro, pepper, Brazil nuts and Brazil nut oil.

2. Transfer to the serving container and finish with the sweet potato on top.
