Roasted Tomato Bruschetta in Brazil Nut Oil and Goat Cheese

Roasted Tomato Bruschetta in Brazil Nut Oil and Goat Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of Italian bread
  • 6 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 20g boursin goat cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil leaves to taste

Method of Preparation:

1. Brush about 1 tablespoon of Brazil nut oil on the bread slices and place them on a grill to brown.

2. In a mold, place the whole tomatoes, salt and the remaining Brazil nut oil.

3. Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes in a 250°C oven.

4. Assemble the bruschetta with the roasted tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.
