Peach Palm Cream and Brazil Nut Oil

Ingredients:

  • 300g peach palm cut into cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Brazil nut oil
  • ½ white onion cut into cubes
  • 200ml homemade chicken broth
  • 200ml fresh cream

Method of Preparation:

1. In a pan, sauté the onion with Brazil nut oil.

2. When the onion wilts, add the peach palm and sauté over low heat for about 1 minute.

3. Add the chicken broth and cook for 7 minutes.

4. Lower the heat and add the cream.

Blend the cream in a blender, strain and return to the pan to heat.
